Part 2 of the EQ BOOST:

  1. Introductory meetups with top management.
  2. Introductory lecture “How will it be?” for the company’s employees, including tops.
  3. Mentoring.
  4. Working with top management.
  5. Soft skills capitalization training for the company’s employees, including tops.
  6. The company’s employees work with the author’s copyright mobile app Lean EQ.
  7. Assessment of changes and expert recommendations.
  8. Final meetups with top management.

EQ boost is a multi level programm to increase EQ in the company at all levels starting from owners to managers and executives.

It is a complex solution for companies which gradually improve performance and efficiency of individual employees, teams and overall communication. The main tools of an EQ boost are coaching sessions, workshops, individual tasks, personally designed questionnaires and feedback sessions.

  • Duration is 3-6 months.
  • Number of participants: 15-1000 +.
  • Format of interaction with the audience: comprehensive training based on EQ Open up techniques, the author’s technology (lectures, trainings, interviews, mentoring, case study)
